The wine
Diplomate Blanc is a white wine produced in Corsica by the Domaine Comte Abbatucci winery; upon visual examination it shows a beautiful straw yellow color. The nose is ample composed of variegated notes reminiscent of exotic fruit and yellow pulp fruit and composed of hints of officinal herbs and the Mediterranean scrub. On the palate it is fresh, intense, with a long final persistence. Excellent with seafood risotto, second courses based on fish and shellfish.
