The wine
Faustine Rosé is a rosé wine produced by the Domaine Comte Abbatucci winery located in Corsica. At sight this wine obtained from sciacarello grapes has a light salmon pink color. The nose is fine, with delicate notes of pink grapefruit, peach and small fruits; in the mouth it is silky and soft. Perfect as an aperitif for summer evenings, it accompanies mixed meat and fish appetizers.
