This cuvée like Tradition is made from the 4 grape varieties of the appellation.

The only difference for this cuvée comes from the aging which took place in barrels for ten months, this aging aims to ripen the tannins and the aromas thus the youth and the crunchiness of the fruit in Tradition, leaves room here with ripe and sweet spices from the first year.

This wine can also age in the cellar for ten years.
