The wine
Salmon, rosy color with a beautiful shine, floral and berry aromas, on the palate a fairly round wine. This rosé is made with a press juice, which makes it quite winey and complex. Fermentation over about 20 days, racking at the end of alcoholic fermentation then malolactic fermentation and aging on fine lees.
