With aeration, it gradually consents to reveal the secrets of its origins. The 2nd nose lets the fruit speak: Red / black fruits: blackcurrant, blueberry, cherry, blackberry, raspberry Floral: iris, violet, peony Vegetal: cedar, mint Spices: pepper, cloves, cinnamon. The attack is straight. The fruitiness is slightly stewed and brings thickness. With a beautiful acidity, we will note aromas of eucalyptus and bergamot. Alcohol is present and brings strength but also flexibility to the whole. The tannins are all finesse and elegance. The finish offers a good length. This wine will go wonderfully with a seven o'clock lamb parmentier or a roe deer with prunes.
