The wine
The “Cul de Loup” plot is located at the southern end of the appellation in the village of Thauvenay. The aromatic structure is fine and offers the citrus freshness of Sauvignon with a dominant of lime, lemongrass and green apple (Granny Smith) notes. The palate reveals a beautiful intensity of flavors, lively and pure with a chalky finish and good length.
