The wine
This wine's grapes come from sandy parcels lying on the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation border, near the La Crau plain. A multi-blend style of the Rhône's fundamental varieties with a predominance of White Grenache. All the grapes are organically grown and harvested by hand. The wine rests for six months in large oak casks with periodic stirring of the lees, and perfectly reflects the complexity that a fine Rhône white is able to attain, showing itself to be fresh and mineral from start to finish.
