Domaine Le Mirabeau Crû Vinsobres

The six-hectare Le Mirabeau vineyard is split into four plots located within the AOP Crû Vinsobres appellation. Organically-certified old Grenache and, at higher altitudes, Syrah vines grow on south-facing plots of stony clay soil, giving their wines a characteristic profile with outstanding minerality and great ageing potential.

Le Mirabeau Vinsobres Crû du Rhône is a rounded, fleshy and fruity wine with an excellent balance of tannins, alcohol and fresh acidity. It offers a delightful nose of spicy aromas, accompanied by notes of scrubland, red and black fruit, and hints of vanilla. Just the right amount of tannicity is noticeable in the mouth, smoothed off by its time spent ageing in barrels.
