The wine
This rosé is a pale salmon color with soft bright highlights.
Before turning the wine in the glass, the nose presents intense notes of fresh red fruits, such as strawberries and raspberries. When the wine is spun in the glass, the sensation becomes more complex with citrus aromas and floral touches.
The attack on the palate is light and sweet, offering a good acidity whose freshness balances the sensations. It reveals a broad and well-structured rosé whose softness will accompany both an aperitif and a more ambitious meal.
