The wine
Domaine Usseglio La Création is a silky and long wine, a delight to drink for its flavor and the pleasure it provides. Made with 100% grenache from Châteauneuf de Pape and Lirac, it has a black fruit nose, melted licorice, crushed violets and spicy herbs. From body to medium, mature and opulent on the palate, it is an incredibly sexy garnacha, which runs at full speed, but which is also a balanced wine with a lot of charm.

With 24 hectares of vineyards, Domaine Raymond Usseglio & Fils is one of the top wineries among the Châteauneuf-du-Pape crus. The winery was founded by Francis Usseglio, an Italian who set up his own winemaking production here, probably inspired by wine traditions from his home country.
