Dominio de Espinal

Dominio de Espinal 2022 is a red wine produced by Bodegas Castaño in the Denominación de Origen Yecla, in the region of Murcia, Spain. This wine is a blend of Monastrell and Syrah grape varieties, coming from vineyards over 30 years old, located at 750 metres above sea level in the family estate El Espinal. 

To the eye, it has an intense cherry red colour with violet reflections. On the nose, it displays pleasant notes of ripe red fruit, such as cherry and red plum, offering an elegant and fresh aromatic profile. On the palate, it is smooth, balanced and juicy, with round tannins and a pleasant finish, making it easy to drink. 

The vinification process includes resting part of the wine for a month in oak barrels, adding complexity and subtlety to the wine. This wine pairs well with cold meats, sausages, grilled red and white meats.
