The wine
On the Volcano 2018 Etna Rosato DOC, the new Donnafugata rosé captivates with its remarkable fragrance that expresses the typical characteristics of Etna and Nerello Mascalese. With a pale pink color, Sul Vulcano rosato has delicate floral scents (wisteria) accompanied by pleasant fruity notes of plum and pink grapefruit. It stands out for its freshness and refined minerality. Perfect with raw shellfish, vegetarian dishes, fresh cheeses, not too spicy Asian dishes and white meats.
