The wine
With a light ruby red color, Sul Vulcano Etna Rosso DOC offers an elegant bouquet with notes of wild berries (strawberry and red currant) and floral scents; delicate nuances of cinnamon and nutmeg are added. Excellent taste-olfactory correspondence with good freshness and harmonious tannins. Long and balanced in the finish. Perfect with appetizers and Mediterranean dishes based on eggplant or mushrooms, roasted or stewed meats. Try it also with North American cuisine, such as chicken wings or hamburger, or with Asian dishes as long as not too spicy: for example Thai beef stir-fried (fried meat in a pan), or Dumpling (ravioli stuffed with meat or vegetables ).

Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
