The wine
Donnafugata Lumera is a very pleasant rosé, perfect for all occasions. Soft pink with great brightness, it offers a floral and fruity bouquet, with pleasant notes of pomegranate and black currant on a background of wild strawberries. In the mouth it is pleasant thanks to the fresh acidity and pleasant sapidity; well balanced by balanced softness. To be combined with hot and cold seafood appetizers, raw fish (especially shellfish) and vegetable-based first courses. It is also recommended on fried fish, fresh cheeses and with roasted fish main courses.
