The wine
From the Contessa Entellina estate, Sherazade has a bright ruby red color with purple reflections. From the fruity bouquet emerge hints of plum and cherry which are also accompanied by notes of delicate spiciness. Fruity notes are found on the palate; it is soft and supported by an excellent freshness. A well integrated tannin completes this wine so fragrant and pleasant. Ideal with fish soups, pizza or spaghetti with tomato sauce. Also excellent with roast beef.

Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
