The wine
Einaudi Nebbiolo is an elegant and relaxed wine, an excellent companion to the table. Light garnet red in color, the nose expresses floral and fruity scents typical of the varietal. Complex and pleasant, in the mouth it shows good body, delicacy and a decisive freshness. Closes long, on the fruit. Throughout the meal, it goes well with meat-based first courses. Try it with the very traditional Bolognese lasagna.
