The wine
A pale yellow in colour, this wine’s nose displays varietal aromas of peach and honeysuckle, as well as citrus (mandarin) and balsamic (honey) notes, and nuances from ageing. On the palate, it has plenty of body and elegance, with fruit (apricot and peach) and mineral hints, ending with a long finish.
Aged on its lees for 8 months in previously used French oak barrels.
