Elena Walch Ludwig represents one of the brightest points of excellence in the varied panorama of South Tyrolean Pinot Noirs. Elegant and sinuous, it is a red that stands out for the perfect combination of structure, complexity and drinkability. Intense ruby red in appearance, the nose expresses all the typicality of the great Pinot Noir thanks to a bouquet capable of ranging from fruity hints of plum to spicy memories of cocoa and coffee. In the mouth it appears dry, soft and reactive, thanks to an appreciable acidity and high freshness. It closes with great finesse, caressing the palate with a finish of good length. Excellent in combination with traditional South Tyrolean game dishes and to accompany a good aged cheese.

Classe
C'est un vin concentré, dense et non-bourguignon, bien évidemment, avec des notes d'épices et de fleurs. Il y a un gros potentiel et beaucoup de classe, excellent !
