The wine
Made predominantly from Tempranillo grapes (70%) and aged in barrel for 9 months, the Enate Crianza appears balanced, delicate and with a particularly complex nose. (The label is the work of artist Víctor Mira)
A dark cherry colour, with great density, this wine is intense and complex on the nose, displaying aromas of ripe red fruit with smoky and spicy notes. It is balanced, dense and meaty on the palate, and lingers long.
NOTE: Decanting is recommended due to the possibility of sediment.
Aged for 9 months in French oak barrels (Cabernet Sauvignon) and American oak (Tempranillo), and afterwards for 18 months in bottle.
