The wine
Pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose reveals an elegantly fruity vegetable, with composite aromatic notes. The taste is dry, fresh with a pleasant acidulous vein, persistent. Aperitif par excellence, given the finesse and particularity of its aromas, it goes well with fish and delicate cheeses.
