The wine
Light garnet red, the nose is dominated by toasted and spicy notes, with sweet fruit flavors in jam, licorice and cocoa. On the palate it is fresh and fairly savory, with tough and bitter tannins. It remains for 24 months in cask and barrique. Excellent with cream veal.

Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
