The wine
Enrico Serafino Barbera d'Alba is a fascinating wine with a beautiful personality. Intense ruby red color in youth, with a tendency to garnet red after aging, the nose expresses a vinous, intense but delicate perfume, with notes of cherry, currant and spices. On the palate it appears dry, with a notable fullness of body that becomes more delicate over time. Perfect to accompany cold cuts, roasted red meats, poultry, game and hard cheeses.
