The wine
Enrique Mendoza presents this Pinot Noir single varietal, a vine originating from Burgundy that has managed to adapt well to the soils of their Alicante vineyards.
A ruby-red colour with garnet hues, the wine exhibits an aroma of ripe fruit on the nose, with mineral notes (of rock and graphite) and floral hints. It is structured and smooth on the palate, with a pleasant tannin structure.
