The wine
Top product of the spectacular sparkling wine company of Ermes Pavese in that of Morgex, this classic method not dosed on the lees for 36 months expresses a beautiful intense straw yellow. Lively, regular perlage, with mineral, balsamic, citrus notes, on a counterpoint of bread crust and beautiful hydrocarbon tension. Vibrant but elegant and balanced palate, exceptionally creamy, with a nice flavor and a pleasantly fruity finish.
