The wine
The Pinot Bianco Puntay produced by Erste + Neue in Alto Adige is presented in the glass with a light and bright yellow color with soft green reflections. Fresh, floral and delicate bouquet with notes of ripe fruit (apple and pear); balanced, harmonious taste, with a full and elegant body, lively and moderately persistent aftertaste. Recommended with fresh and light summer dishes such as pasta with asparagus or risotto with vegetables or fish preparations.
