The wine
The Sauvignon Puntay produced by Erste + Neue is a South Tyrolean white wine; to the glass it has a golden straw yellow color. Large bouquet of exotic fruits, currants and grapefruit. The good acidic content gives this Sauvignon freshness and vivacity, which results in a good persistence and harmony. Wine that goes very well with vegetarian dishes (goat cheese with fennel salad) and shellfish (salt scampi).
Drinking and storing
Serve between 6ºC and 8ºC
