The wine
Mas Sersal is a project that started out with no great ambitions nor a firm set of objectives in mind, and perhaps this has been the reason for its unexpected success. It began as ‘a bit of enjoyment’ for two friends who shared the same ideas when it came to understanding wine. They have succeeded in producing a truly delicious wine, elegant and delightful, with a very pleasant nose and good tannin structure, a "Montsant, with Priorat at heart".
NOTE: Decanting recommended about 30-45 minutes before serving.
