Ettore Germano Barolo Prapò

Barolo "Prapò" by Ettore Germano is a wine characterized by great elegance and refinement; aged for 24 months in cask, it is structured and robust. On the nose, it is rich and broad, with hints of red fruit, sweet spices and aromatic herbs. On the palate it is intense, elegant and very balanced. At sight it gives off a brilliant ruby red color. To be combined with second courses based on red meat and game; also excellent with aged cheeses.
