Ettore Germano Binel

Ettore Germano Binel is a pleasant white that shines with its own light. It shows vibrancy and consistency throughout the glass, and reflects a pale straw yellow hue with golden reflections. The dominant scent is sweet, vanilla, accompanied by delicious fresh fruit and flowers, but also by the light herbaceous aroma of riesling, with hints of bread crust and toast. In the mouth the entrance is warm and full, pleasantly accompanied by a good degree of acidity. The retro-aromatic persistence is remarkable. The most interesting gastronomic combinations are with baked fish, grilled shellfish, fresh and aged cheeses.
