The wine
The Langhe Bianco by Ferdinando Principiano is a wine that knows how to tell the best expression of Timorasso and that brings with it the tradition of the Piedmontese lands made by not only Barolo and Barbaresco. Its character is well defined with a rich and enveloping expression.
At sight it has a straw yellow color; the aromatic bouquet is rich, fruity and floral with notes of ripe white pulp fruit and hints of cedar and almond. The mouthfeel is enveloping and full-bodied, the sip is characterized by good minerality accompanied by an excellent acid structure, the persistence is long. Perfect to accompany substantial first courses, ideal with spaghetti carbonara.
