The wine
Intense and concentrated ruby red wine; the scent opens fruity with notes of jam, black cherries, rhubarb and cloves, continues with balsamic sensations of eucalyptus. On the palate the sensation of pleasantness and softness prevails with a slightly hinted tannin, soft and balanced body between freshness and flavor, with a precise and clean finish of clear fruity returns. Ideal with main courses of meat but also with savory cold cuts such as finocchiona.
