The wine
Lively ruby red with garnet reflections, full of notes of undergrowth and spices, with a full taste. This great international vine aged slowly in oak barrels expresses itself at its best by releasing elegant kindness.
Intense ruby red, tending to garnet, the nose is intense, penetrating, characteristic, and recalls the fruits of the undergrowth. With age it takes on echoes of spices and becomes almost velvety. With an excellent body, full, austere, it refines with aging. To be combined with roasts, noble poultry, game, and the braised meat prepared with this wine is extraordinary.
