White with greenish reflections with intoxicating tones of yellow pepper, banana and melon, with a well structured, velvety and persuasive body. This limited production wine is the result of careful clonal selections. Straw-yellow color with greenish reflections, it gives an exhilarating, aromatic, very intense perfume, reminiscent of yellow pepper, tomato leaf, peach, melon. Soft, warm, velvety, pleasantly aromatic, with excellent structure. Ideal for fish-based appetizers, perhaps with shellfish.
