The wine
A gentle yellow with a subtle and persistent perlage, a scent of bread and flowers, a dry and fresh flavor. Precious cuvée of selected white grape varieties, obtained according to the Charmat method. Thin and persistent perlage, in the glass it expresses a beautiful straw yellow color with citrine reflections. Intense, persistent bouquet with floral scents and a light background of bread crust. The palate is pleasant and elegant. Classic as an aperitif, but also excellent with fish appetizers.
