The nose is complex, fresh, well balanced and persistent, rich in fleshy and well arranged aromas, with good fruity expressiveness: blackberries, plums, with a leather and slightly vegetal background. On the palate it is savory and full-bodied, with austere tannins; intense, fragrant, of remarkable freshness and beautiful integrity of red fruits, currants, blueberries, with the addition of a modest contribution of oak. Excellent in combination with grilled red meats, medium-aged cheeses, spit-roasted or baked feathered game.
