The wine
This Spumante Brut di Felsina is an elegant, fresh and delicate classic Tuscan method. At sight it has a straw yellow color with soft greenish reflections and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose is intense, fresh and delicate, floral and fruity notes stand out reminiscent of the golden apple and the crust of bread. In the mouth it is dry, sapid and balanced; denotes good acidity accompanied by a long and sustained finish with returns of exotic fruit. Perfect to combine with fish dishes and appetizers.
