The wine
With an impenetrable ruby color, with perceptible garnet hues, the nose is of rare amplitude. A fruity texture of cherry in alcohol and confectioned blueberry stands out, with floral hints of dried violet. Black pepper, undergrowth, candied citrus fruit introduce darker and more evolved hints of aromatic herbs, roasting, cocoa, bitter cinchona and sweet spice. Perfectly harmonious and cohesive to the sip, it is rightly tannic and dynamically fresh, but also caressing and enveloping in its infinite and exceptionally elegant persistence.
