The wine
Cabernet from the Fèlsina house is, already in the glass, an explosion of harmonic sensations. With a compact and dense appearance in its impenetrable ruby, the nose releases vegetal sensations of unparalleled elegance, from cinchona to rhubarb, from juniper to laurel, which are accompanied by a fruity and floral texture reminiscent of blueberry, peony, cassis. In the mouth it reveals its Bordeaux temper, with a severe but integrated tannin, and with a heat perfectly balanced by the lively and perky freshness. The finish, mainly fruity and evolved, reveals a great persistence.
