The wine
Nero di Nubi has a pale ruby red color with orange reflections. The scent is fruity typical of Pinot Noir, a little animal, well integrated with pleasant berries and vanilla. On the palate the tannins are a little green but well integrated with vanilla and toasting. Elegant and persistent aftertaste. We recommend pairing with cured meats, first courses, grilled meats, stews and aged cheeses.
