Ferrari Maximum Brut is a sparkling wine with an unmistakable, gentle and intense style. It has a bright straw yellow color with a notable persistence perlage. The nose expresses sensations of apple supported by notes of biscuit and cedar. In the notes of ripe fruit there are hints of bread crust, conferred by over three years on the yeasts. In the mouth it shows a fresh and harmonious gustatory system, enhanced by the softness of the bubbles. The personality is remarkable, with intense fruity notes typical of Chardonnay combined with pleasantly persistent fragrances of vanilla and yeast. Perfect as an aperitif and between meals, it is excellent on seafood, caviar, dishes in jelly and on all types of paté.
