The wine
Giulio Ferrari Riserva del Fondatore is a pleasant and intriguing sparkling wine, with a bright gold color with greenish reflections and infinite bubbles. On the nose it reveals a whirlwind of sensations: summer fruit and bergamot, orange blossom honey and bread crust, almond and ginger sugared almond. Caressing and creamy on the palate, refreshed by citrusy freshness and with an endless and sweet woody persistence. Great aperitif, sublime throughout the meal.
