The wine
From the best batches of mountain Chardonnay, the quintessence of the Perlé style. It seduces by its complexity and refined softness. The fine perlage dances between lively golden reflections. Enveloping bouquet that teases the nose with memories of candied citrus fruits and white flowers, a prelude to more complex aromas of spices and toasted notes of coffee powder. Freshness and flavor in perfect harmony enhance its softness, which brings back to the long aging on the lees. The excellent final gustative persistence gives the palate hints of dehydrated apricot and white pepper.
