The wine
Ferraton La Tournée Blanc is the typical pleasant wine for drinking made with vermentino and viognier, grown in the warm and sunny Languedoc. After being harvested at night to protect the grapes from oxidation and preserve freshness, the wine was aged in tanks with fine lees to provide some complexity. The nose shows aromas of citrus and grapefruit and the palate is fresh, fruity - ripe yellow fruit - and with good acidity. Ideal only as an appetizer or with Asian food!
