The wine
Precious fruit of the collaboration between Feudi di San Gregorio and Anselme Selosse to enhance the classic method sparkling potential of the autochthonous people of Campania, Dubl Rosato wears a soft pink dress but of a bright hue with fine and persistent perlage. The nose releases all the characteristic intensity of Aglianico, open and jovial, with notes of soy and ripe, crunchy, fragrant fruits. The good persistence, together with the fruity creaminess, allows versatility in the combination with fish-based preparations (soups, first courses or roast), pizza, rustic cakes, vegetable soups, cheeses.
