The wine
Dense ruby. Immediately opens on red fruits such as plum, blackberry and cherry to finish in spicy and mineral sensations. On the palate a full body emerges with a persistent freshness. It goes perfectly with stuffed first courses, second courses of red and white baked and grilled meats, side dishes of mushrooms and smoked cheeses.
