The wine
Pleasant sparkling rosé with a bright color and lively perlage. Pale pink with fine and persistent perlage. Fruity bouquet, with intense notes of apple, pear and apricot. Floral scents are recognized, especially linden. Well structured, the right balance of acidity and flavor with a dry finish. Excellent aperitif and for cocktails, throughout the meal, dishes based on fish and shellfish.
