The wine
The Arneis Sommo white wine is produced in the Langhe by the Fontanabianca company. At sight it has a bright straw yellow color; to the nose it expresses floral scents, of white pulp fruit, notes of acacia honey and touches of dried fruit. On the palate it is pleasant and refreshing, with excellent minerality. Perfect in combination with fish and vegetable dishes.
