The wine

Fontanafredda's Asti Galarej DOCG is a delicious Moscato d'Asti produced by the historic winery that has always been a symbol of quality and excellence in the Piedmontese Langa. It is obtained from 100% white Muscat grapes from Canelli from the municipalities of Calosso d'Asti, Santo Stefano Belbo, Canelli, Treiso and Serralunga d'Alba, on soils characterized by calcareous marl. After fermentation in steel it rests at least 6 months on the fine lees.

It shines with a bright straw yellow and pink gold in the glass, enchants with its fragrant bouquet and the very fine and persistent perlage: notes of jasmine, rennet apple, lime and marzipan. The palate is elegant and very fresh: it strikes with hints of mandarin peel, lavender honey and bitter almonds. Perfect both as an aperitif and with small pastries, tarts and spoon desserts.

In short, for Made in Italy in general. Protecting the landscape...
