The wine
The intense ruby red color, when young, tends to garnet red with aging. The aroma is very intense and characteristic, floral and fruity at the same time, with light and pleasant hints of wood, spices and vanilla. The flavor is full, persistent, pleasantly dry and velvety. Already good two years after the harvest, it still benefits from a further period of aging in the bottle, to complete its character and personality.
It is a wine that deserves to accompany important courses. Excellent with first courses rich in flavor, meats and cheeses.
