The wine
Langhe Nebbiolo Ebbio di Fontanafredda is a wine with an intense ruby red color, obtained from Nebbiolo grapes harvested on the Langhe and Roero Hills. Drunk young, it has a fragrant pleasantness of spontaneity and surprise. Over the years it takes on a garnet color and a more intense aroma. The flavor is warm, soft, full, velvety and harmonious, with good persistence. Langhe Nebbiolo Ebbio is ideal to be enjoyed with first courses with rich sauces and red meats.
